1. Stock Out & Damaged Items: Appoximately 3% of our sales result in Stocks outs or Damaged Products. Full Refund will be issued if the product goes out of stock or if the item condition is found to be damaged at the time of packing.\
2. Return Policy: All Products are sent after checking for defects in workmanship and materials. Yet we offer returns (as exchange for same or other product) within 7 days from the date of delivery. The buyer has to pay the return shipping charges as well as the shipping charges for exchange product. If our eBay Shop has offered Free Shipping as part of any promotions, the buyer will however have to PAY for the shipping charges for exchange product. Returned items should be in absolutely unused condition. Used items are not accepted as returns.
3. Tax: Price quoted above are inclusive of Tax (VAT / CST)
4. Octroi Charges: Octroi is levied only on very large size consignments only. If applicable in your city, to be paid by buyer to the courier delivery person.
