International Shipping policy outside of INDIA
We ship all over India as well as Worldwide, most of the time for free inclusive of Insurance.
(Unless it is specifically mentioned in any item description that international shipping is chargeable).
We ship to USA, Canada, Europe, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Japan, and Selected Asian and Middle East countries.
Presently we do not have facilities for shipping to countries other than the above mentioned countries.
Please confirm with us before bidding or buying if we have shipping facilities to your delivery address.
We accept payments through Pay Pal also for the item purchased by the buyer which is listed on ebay india website in indian rupees.
For item listed in Ebay India website, If you want to pay using PAYPAL then complete the checkout with EBay selecting payment mode as ‘OTHERS’ & then email us your desire to pay through PAYPAL.
We will send you the PAYPAL invoice.
Generally We ship all international orders by 100% safe Indian Government's India post premium service 'EMS Speed Post' and some time by Airmail or Registered Airmail of India Post, duly insured .
Delivery time is between 5 to 15 days depending upon your location. Sometimes it may take 3 to 4 week’s time to deliver for remote location.
Sometimes parcels are stopped by customs departments of your country for checking, that may also cause delay so please have patience.
Online Tracking is available and Insurance is included in the shipping charges.
Please check with local import laws of your country before buying or bidding. Applicable Imports duties / customs charges
or any TAX charged by the buyer's country if any will have to be borne by the buyer.
If parcel is rejected or returned because of custom clearance charges or import duties not being paid by the buyer,
or due to incorrect address given by the buyer, then the buyer will be responsible for any losses / charges incurred by us for the same.
Please note, for all shippings buyer’s contact Telephone number (preferably Mobile no.) is a must
as per courier company’s requirements to contact you in case of your non availability at the time of delivery.
Shipping Company requires somebody to be present at the delivery address at the time of delivery
to sign the acknowledgement receipt & take the delivery.
We strongly urge all buyers / customers to inspect their parcel / package for damage or tampering
or whether it is opened from anywhere BEFORE RECEIVING AND SIGNING THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT RECEIPT
OF THE COURIER COMPANY OR POST OFFICE and then open the parcel in front of the postman
or delivery person and check that the items / products you have ordered is there inside the parcel or not.
If you find the parcel EMPTY then DO NOT accept it and reject the delivery and in any case
don’t sign the parcel received acknowledgement receipt and return it to the postman
or delivery person and email us or call us immediately.
Some time the parcel is opened by your country’s custom officers or government officer for inspection
or valuation purpose, at that time there are little chance of item lost or misplace or theft.
Every parcel is shipped from INDIA is fully examined and inspected by Indian government custom officer
and after examined it, they packed it and sealed it in front of us and then dispatch ahead for the delivery abroad.
Insurance company is only liable to pay us the insurance amount for NON DELIVERY of the parcel
but they are not liable to pay if the parcel found empty after you accept it.
In case of parcel found empty then you will have to file complaint with the concern post office
in your area in writing about it and send us the copy of it.
You are also responsible to furnish the documents requested by our country’s courier company’s
investigating agency in case of NON DELIVERY of the parcel.
We will not be liable for any claims / losses later on once you sign the parcel received acknowledgement receipt.
Diwani is the brand name of Virhem Exports, so you will receive the shipment from Virhem Exports.
We do not accept any form of cheque / Demand Draft / Pay Order or cash deposits from international buyers
from out side of INDIA. International buyers can make payments only through PAYPAL or PAISAPAY.
