|Q:How do I track my parcel?|
|A:For most parcels which are sent by carrier or "Royal Mail Signed For", we are now adding the tracking number to the Sales Record.
Please be aware that the tracking numbers won't always show any tracking details until the day after we have despatched the parcel as the carriers' systems have to update the status of the parcel.|
|Q:Why are you offering Free P&P on some items but not others?|
|A:We are currently updating our postage rates and wherever possible we are offering Free P&P. We are also taking this opportunity to update the listings where necessary, but due to the large number of items we offer, this is a long process as each one has to be done individually.

Our telephone details are given on the ebay system and are available to buyers once a purchase has been made. You can also use the "Find Contact Details" process by clicking the "Advanced Search" link found at the top right of all ebay pages.|
|Q:I have emailed you but I haven't received a reply - why?|
|A:If you have emailed us but haven't had a reply within 2 working days it's almost certain we haven't received it. Unfortunately but unavoidably we have been forced to increase the sensitivity of our email spam filter to stop spammers; this may cause a few genuine emails to be bounced. Please use the ebay "Find Contact Details" and give us a call.|
|Q:I am having a problem with my payment - what should I do?|
|A:If you have genuine payment problems please contact us immediately. We are happy to assist you if at all possible.|
|Q:If I buy more than one item, can you combine shipping?|
|A:This depends on the items & if they ship from the same warehouse; if they do, we may be able to combine in 1 parcel. Please email us with the item numbers so we can advise.
NOTE:This can only be done BEFORE the checkout button is pressed or items paid for. If either of these have been done, the ebay system prevents them from being combined.|
|Q:Do you ship to Scottish Highlands, Islands and other non UK mainland addresses?|
|A:Yes, we will gladly ship to all parts of the UK and European countries. However, THERE MAY BE ADDITIONAL COSTS FOR THIS (the ebay listing only shows costs to most UK Mainland addresses). These Zonal charges may apply even when Free P&P is shown. Please email us for costs BEFORE BIDDING.
GOODS WILL NOT BE SHIPPED UNTIL ALL COSTS HAVE BEEN PAID.|
|Q:How will I know if my payment has cleared?|
|A:We will email you with a notification when your payment has cleared.|
|Q:How are my goods shipped?|
|A:We use several carriers, depending on the value, size and weight of the parcel. The despatch email will give more details on delivery - PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS TO MINIMISE ANY DELIVERY PROBLEMS!|
|Q:How long will it take to despatch my goods?|
|A:We aim to ship within 1 or 2 working days of payment clearing. We will notify you by email when your goods have been shipped. Some of the carriers we use also have the facility to send tracking information for your parcel which can be tracked on their website.|
|Q:Will the carrier require a signature?|
|A:For certain items, we use carrier services who require a valid signature before the parcel is left. We advise the carrier to attempt to deliver to a neighbour if no one is at the delivery address. However, we cannot guarantee this option in all instances. PLEASE NOTE THAT IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE PARCEL CAN BE DELIVERED.|
|Q:I wasn't in to receive the parcel - what should I do?|
|A:The carrier should leave a card giving you full instructions what to do next. PLEASE FOLLOW THESE INSTRUCTIONS, OTHERWISE THE PARCEL WILL BE RETURNED TO US. If this occurs, there will be a further delivery charge before we can redespatch your goods.|
|Q:What is your return policy?|
|A:We are happy to accept returns, subject to certain terms and conditions. Please see the Return Policy section of the individual item listing for details.|
