- Overclockers Zone offers a 7 day return policy for items which are found dead or defective upon arrival.
- We shall exchange the faulty item with a new one within 7 days.
- Any claims made after 7 days cannot be honored.
- After 7 days the buyer must contact the respective service centre for RMA support.
- We shall be glad to assist you for details of service centre. Pls email us on rma@overclockerszone.com
- Goods returned must be 100% intact without any physical damage, with all accessories.
- Pls call or email us before returning goods for exchange and obtain a RMA number. You can call us on 09230020999 or email us on rma@overclockerszone.com
- All returns require a RMA number by the RMA department
