Returns and
Refunds
All returns and refunds are governed by the
following rules:
Refunds:

Rajrang will refund full
payment if the customer has paid for products that are listed on our
shop but which are out of stock. In these cases, the Customer Care team
will send an e-mail to the buyer, and on obtaining the consent initiate
the refund process.

In case you feel that the
product received is not as shown on the site or as per your
expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service
within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Care team after
looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

There may be situations where
a buyer has ordered several products and one or more of those products
are not in stock. In such cases, the buyer will be refunded the cost of
products not available.

The refunds are made through
the payment for all products that are ordered through PaisaPay for
Indian buyers and PayPal for International buyers. These payments
are routed back through the PaisaPay for Indian buyers or PayPal for
International buyers, and are credited to the buyer’s PaisaPay ID or
PayPal ID.

In case of receipt of
defective items, please report the same to our Customer Care team. The
request will, however, be entertained once we have checked and
determined the same at our end. This should be reported within 7 days of
receipt of the products.

We will accept returns for items purchased
online subject to the following conditions:

Items must be returned within
7 days of receipt with the packing slip and/or invoice.

Items must be in new
condition.

Items must be returned with
all original packaging and accessories.

You are responsible for any
costs associated with returning your item to us.

Items must be returned in
unworn, unwashed or otherwise unused condition, with all original
tags/labels attached.

If you request an exchange,
you must pay us any costs associated with us delivering the exchange
item to you and, if the exchange item is of a higher value than the
return item, you must also pay us the difference in price. Your exchange
item will be shipped once you have paid for these costs and we have
received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the above
conditions.

If you request a refund, the
purchase price (excluding delivery charges) will be refunded to you once
we have received the return item back and confirmed that it meets the
above conditions.

If an item is faulty, wrongly
described or different from a sample shown then we will meet our legal
obligations which may include refunding the purchase price and delivery
charges or providing a replacement product, provided the item is
returned within a reasonable time with proof of purchase.

Please note that any
additional cost incurred due to currency conversion will not be
refunded, and are considered the responsibility of the customer
