What does 14K or 18K mean? |

Carat (or Karat) is a measurement of fineness (purity) equal to 1/24 pure gold in an alloy. Pure or fine gold is 24 carat. A 14 carat gold means 14 parts of 24 are pure gold, mixed with 10 parts of other metals. Similarly, 18 carat gold means 18 parts of 24 are pure gold, mixed with 6 parts of other metals. |

What is White Gold? Do you sell White Gold items? |

Gold in its purest state, 24 karat, is often considered too soft for use in jewellery. Gold is mixed or ALLOYED with one or more other metals to produce optimum strength and colour characteristics. The colour of the gold changes to WHITE due to presence of some elements like Nickel or Palladium, Zinc and Copper. White gold is often Rhodium plated to achieve a good shiny finish.

What does 925 Silver mean? |

Silver in its purest state, 999.99, is often considered too soft for use in jewellery. Silver is mixed with copper to produce strength. 925 means 925 parts of 999.99 are pure silver and rest 75 parts of copper. It is also known as Sterling Silver. |

NO, you DO NOT have to write or give the spelling for a Name Necklace in ARABIC, FARSI (Persian) or HINDI (Devnagri). You just have to inform the name to inscribe on it. If the name is difficult to pronounce then you should provide the Pronunciation of the name too. Example: Louise is pronounced as Loo-ee-z |

How do I order a Longer Chain replacing a 16 inches Chain on the Name Necklace? |

Buy the Name Necklace and inform us the Length of the Chain you need before paying. After that we will send you an updated invoice for you to pay. Normally an 18 inches Chain in Silver will cost US$2.00 more and in Gold Plating an 18 inches Chain will cost US$1.00 more. |

Personalised Jewellery normally takes 5-6 days for making it. Other items are despatched within 2-3 days. Delivery of INTERNATIONAL order almost takes 2 to 3 weeks after we despatch the order by Registered Airmail and 8-10 days by Express Mail Service (EMS). Within India it takes 3-5 days after we despatch the order by Speed Post. |
