Payment, Shipping & Returns
PaisaPay is our preferred method of payment on eBay. It is also the most reliable mode of payment for both buyers and sellers alike. For buyers, it even offers a trusted channel of payment whether it is through credit card, debit card and online bank transfer. As a seller on eBay, we offer all these channels of payment namely credit card, debit card, online bank transfer and EMI payments. We do not however offer cheque, DD and Cash on Delivery (CoD) modes of payment at this point of time though we may rethink in the future.
As buyers may be aware, PaisaPay applies escrow system wherein the buyer’s payment is held with eBay. The amount is transferred to seller only after delivery confirmation is received by buyer or expiry of the provided time limit if item receipt is not confirmed. As such, this is a trustworthy source of payment for all eBay buyers since they can expect a refund from PaisaPay in case the product is not delivered or is significantly different from what was listed.

We are enrolled into eBay PowerShip program. Our main shippers / couriers are BlueDart, FedEx and Aramex. We are also tied-up with First Flight in case your location is not covered by PowerShip Premier Couriers. First Flight covers almost all locations within India including remote locations across the country. Our shipping policy involves shipping your purchases within eBay prescribed timelines post receiving PaisaPay clearance of payment. However, we will attempt to ship your purchases as early as possible once we receive clearance from PaisaPay. We will also do our best to track your purchases and ensure they reach you securely. In case, there are any logistics issues, we will be there to assist you in resolving them by liaising with respective parties.
Please note that purchases that are of considerable weight such as greater than 0.5 Kg attract a higher shipping fee by courier companies. We make every effort to negotiate a discounted fee (that gets passed on to the buyers) though the net shipping fee may still be relatively higher. Similarly, if you are not living in major Indian cities, please give some time for your purchase to reach you. Kindly be tolerant and track the status of your items through the tracking number and the respective website.
It is important for customers to be available when the courier company attempts to deliver their purchases. If they are not available, the shipment may be returned to us after a few delivery attempts. Please avoid this by ensuring your shipping address, telephone number and email are correct as we may write or call you in such cases. Also, ensure that you are available to receive the shipment. Shipments returned to us in above cases are charged by courier companies and are an extra cost to us. Therefore, please avoid such hassles with proper care and due diligence.
We hope you won't penalise us for this when you leave feedback on eBay on either Positive parameter or the Detailed Seller Ratings (DSRs) as either could impact our business directly on eBay including our search standing on eBay.
We request you to ensure that you have received the appropriate purchase before confirming to the courier the delivery of the product. After receiving the goods, kindly ensure you confirm delivery on Paisapay. Please also take a moment to leave us Positive 5 Stars Feedback on eBay.
For any exchange or refund, the product must be in its original condition, including the box, packaging, and all accessories. It should not be in a used condition in which case we would not be able to take it back. Also note that exchanges or refunds are provided only in case of clear manufacturing defects and not otherwise. If you have retained the product for a reasonable period of time, then it is assumed that there are no issues with it and hence, we would not take it back either through exchange or refund. If the item has been mis-handled, we are not responsible.
We will offer replacement, re-shipment or refunds to ensure you are 100% happy if:
- you have received a defective or wrong item
item is damaged during transit or defective
item is SIGNIFICANTLY not as described
We will not offer a refund if you did not like the product after you received it or did not check the listing to see if it suited your requirement.

For defective item (not working), exchange is provided with same item only.
For products with manufacturing warranty like DiscGear and Tablets, buyers should approach the manufacturer for necessary remedy. We shall guide them in that process.
Buyer shall be responsible for return shipping fee.
Buyer is responsible for all applicable customs, import duties, VATs, octroi and other duties.
In case there's inspection by local customs or post office, delivery may be affected accordingly.
