Payment

Please read below to know about the payment methods that we accept and those that we do not accept:

Credit Card (PaisaPay) : We accept payments via MasterCard/Visa Credit Cards through PaisaPay on ebay.

Online Bank Transfer (PaisaPay) : We accept payments via Online Bank Transfer through PaisaPay on ebay. The banks supported are ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank Direct Pay, Citibank Debit Card, ABN Amro Bank, IDBI Bank I Netbanking, UTI Bank iConnect.

Direct Funds Transfer: You may transfer funds directly from your bank account into ours through your Bank's Funds Transfer System.

ATM Drop Box: You may drop your cheque in our HDFC Bank or Bank of Punjab Ltd. Bank account. Please send us an email for our a/c details.

Pay pal : You can pay us through paypal also. Please send us an email for our paypal a/c details

Money Order: You may pay us using Postal Money Order Service. For more details about Money Order please contact your nearest Post Office.

Demand Draft: We shall gladly accept payments by Demand Draft mailed to our address. Please make sure to write your ebay id and item number in pencil behind the Demand Draft so that we can trace your order.

Cheque: We only accept payment by local cheque (payable at Delhi only) or payable at par cheque.
No Outstation cheque under any circumstances. Please do not send us outstation cheque for this mode of payment, as it is not possible.

Cash on Delivery (COD): We do not offer COD and Pick up and Pay as a payment option anywhere in India. Please do not request for this mode of payment, as it is not possible. No exceptions please.

Fees

Our Shipping Charges are all inclusive of Handling and Packing Charges. We do not charge any extra handling fees.

Shipping

Domestic Shipping: We ship throughout India. Orders are always dispatched through a reputable courier company.

In case you are residing in any other country please contact us and confirm whether we will ship to your country before purchase.

Delivery

Delivery Frequency: We dispatch orders everyday for delivery except Sunday and holidays.

Delivery Time: We shall dispatch the order after realization of full payment. Please allow 3-15 days for dispatch of your order after payment is realized under normal circumstances.

Refunds & Returns

All our Software are 100% Original and is shipped in their Original, Manufacturer Boxes, Jewel Cases, DVD Case as applicable.

Manufacturer Warranty: All our software and hardware are covered by a Manufacturer Warranty. This is to say that the Manufacturer ensures that your purchase is free from any manufacturing defects.

Replacement Guarantee: A Replacement Guarantee covers Most of our software and hardware. This is to say that the Manufacturer shall replace the defective medium in case of any manufacturing defects. Shipping cost will be bear by customer only.

Defective Items that are returned will be tested and if:

1) Found defective - Buyer will be shipped a new replacement unit if in stock immediately (maximum 15 days).

2) Found not defective - Item will be sent back to buyerItem returned that are in working condition will be charged a 20% restocking fee when refund is given.

Refund given will be calculated as follows - Winning Bid Price minus (20% restocking fee + Shipping &Handling &Insurance Fee).

Shipping and Handling fees are non refundable as stated Items returned must be in like new condition with all original boxes, hardware, manuals and accessories.

Any item returned that shows improper use, improper handling or physical damage, scratches, Missing or torn manuals, parts and accessories will be returned back to buyer. Items returned in any other box that is not the original box will be returned to buyer.

All disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction only.

Technical Support: We have a dedicated technical support team to assist you. You are automatically eligible for technical support from us for your purchase at no extra charge up to a period of one month from date of delivery.
