Should you decide that you would like to return the product you ordered, we will accept requests for credit back up to 7 days of the receipt of the item, less any and shipping and handling fees you have paid.
If your product is defective, you may qualify for a warranty replacement of the item. DC power jacks and backlight bulbs carry no warranty. Upon receiving your warranty replacement, please allow 07-14 business days to process your warranty replacement. On the rare occasion that you receive a product that you did not order, please notify us within the first 2 days of the receipt of your package. Once we have determined that you have indeed been shipped the incorrect item, we will re-ship you the correct item that you did order. We will re-ship the correct item using the same shipping method of your original purchase. We will also make arrangements for DTDC to pick up the mis-shipped order, and return it to us. DTDC will make two (2) attempts to pick up the package. If the package is not picked up within the two (2) attempts, the service will be cancelled and it will then become your responsibly to return the incorrect item back to us at your expense. We must receive the incorrect item back within 7 business days.
